3. Who monitors your operators?
Each Night Time Call Center operator is closely supervised. Supervisors closely monitor performance on each account. We have an estimated 2 supervisors for every 8 Night Time Call Center operators on duty. 7. What happens to my calls if there’s a natural disaster?
Night Time Call Center back up generators and servers make it unlikely that we’ll be affected by a natural disaster. In the rare event there is a problem, your calls are automatically transferred to one of our subsidiary call center locations.
8. How long does it take to start service?
We process all service requests within 24 hours. Most new Night Time Call Center accounts are activated within 3 to 5 business days; however, we can get many accounts up and running within 1 – 2 business days.
